It is with real pleasure that we can announce the appointment of Richard Ndi Tanto, ACTION Steering Committee member, to the Global Advisory Council of the Alliance for Peacebuilding. Ndi was nominated by the ASC in response to a call for peacebuilders involved in inter-religious dialogue work to serve on the Council, and was accepted in early March. He will attend the inaugural face-to-face meeting of the Council in Washington DC in early May and spend 2 years contributing to the overall strategic direction and thinking of the role the Alliance for Peacebuilding is playing in the area of inter-religious work.
Ndi will also be part of the Alliance for Peacebuilding Annual Conference from the 13th to the 15th of May. If any other ACTION members will be attending please let us know so that we can organise ourselves in advance of the event.
